30 Day Yoga & Cycle Challenge

results recorded on a board in the Fitness Centre. Winners announced on social media

Carving out its 5th year, #ThePUSH2018 is a 12 week body transformation challenge with personalized training plans developed just for you, no matter what your fitness level. Participants come in
all shapes and sizes, and are a mix between new customers, personal training clients, members, and our brand ambassadors. Challengers receive 24 training sessions with
an expert trainer to push you harder
to reaching your goals.
