We partnered with expert trainer and local celebrity Phillip Ndugga to lead the program, classes and promote them to his large fitness and MMA network.
As our top priority, we made all of this happen with ZERO injuries. Our Building Operators were amazing at transforming this raw space in just 130 days, finding resourceful ways to renovate, add walls, sourcing materials, and leveraging and organizing 7 contractors.
Created a Body Reno Group Fitness class which sold out the first day, as well as two levels of registered programs – Warrior MuayThai Kickboxing and Round One Kickboxing – both selling out for the second session.
Relocated TRX and Row ‘n Box classes to the R.E.P.S Studio
Launched a micro and macro Influencer marketing program and invited 15 of our media partners, key stakeholders and marketing team to participate. Partners included; Calgary’s Child Magazine, ABL Imaging, X92.9 , 101. 5 Kool FM, PlayCity, IMPACT Magazine, TriIt MultiSport, SDMG,
and Apple Fitness.

Engaged members on social media to vote for their favourite head band design
Engaged staff to recommend and vote on the new studio name
Involved staff with a private kick off class and photo shoot
Gifted our newly branded head bands to participants during program launch week
Invested in MMA grade flooring
Purchased 16 new heavy bags requested through surveys and comment cards, and added our brand design
to the first row of bags.
Our designer created inspiring imagery to compliment the program, the space and neighboring art wall.
